Test Mold

Same concept as Baby Mold (please refer to Baby mold introduction), but sometimes the customer products are too big or too complicated seems cannot fit into BabyPlast Machine, in this case, we are not following the standard components requirement for BabyPlast Machine, but for normal injection machine, but the machining process is still the same like as using CNC instead of EDM process as much as possible in order to same time. 

Mold material can be aluminium and normal Steel. Depending on samples order or for production order.  For this kind of Test Mold, we normally without Mold base to save cost and machining process. 

The lead time of Test Mold is about 1 to 2 weeks, similar as Baby Mold.
